Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services offered by The VG Design Studio, including but not limited to:

• Online courses and educational programs

• Digital downloads and resources

• Templates and design assets

• Memberships and communities

• Consulting and coaching services

• Design, branding, animation, and creative services

By purchasing any product or service from The VG Design Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
 
2. Digital Products, Courses & Memberships
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.
Once access has been granted to any digital product, course, membership, downloadable resource, template, project file, or educational content, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

This policy applies regardless of:

• Course completion status

• Amount of content consumed

• Change of mind

• Personal circumstances

• Schedule conflicts

• Technical skill level

• Lack of usage

Please review all product information carefully before making a purchase.
 
3. Services
For design, branding, animation, consulting, coaching, website development, or other professional services:

• Deposits, retainers, and advance payments are non-refundable.

• Any work completed up to the cancellation date will remain billable.

• If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the client may be responsible for payment of completed work, project hours, expenses, and deliverables produced up to that point.

• Final payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
   

4. Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same product or service, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Verified duplicate payments may be refunded at our discretion.
 
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchased product, course, or membership, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore access.
Technical issues alone do not qualify for a refund.
 
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to purchased products, services, or digital content may result in immediate suspension or termination of access while the matter is investigated.
We reserve the right to provide relevant purchase and access records to payment processors during dispute resolution.
 
7. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy must be expressly stated on the specific product, service, or sales page.
Where a separate refund policy is displayed for a particular offering, that policy shall take precedence over this general Refund & Cancellation Policy.
 
8. Changes to This Policy
The VG Design Studio reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
